We are a source for new and vintage handwoven Swedish rugs. I go to Sweden to select each rug. As a designer for many years, my eye is focused on good design, pattern, color, texture and the patina of age in these rugs. They range in age from the 1900s to newly woven and each one is unique to the vision of the weaver. They are special.

Danish company Skargaarden was founded in 2008 and produces furniture that is designed for leisure. The brand emphasizes that its line of chairs, sofas, tables, and accessories are meant for enjoyment and relaxation, rather than stressful or mundane activities. As a contemporary Scandinavian brand, Skargaarden has its roots in the minimalist Scandinavian furniture from the 1950s and ’60s, especially in its use of bentwood and teak. But the brand is also forward-looking, and designs furniture with its own DNA—it features intricate details and shows its expert craftsmanship without being overly complicated.

Roche Bobois is an iconic french contemporary furniture brand. Created in 1950 when Jacques Roche purchased an old theater in Paris and converted it into two stores, the firm distributed contemporary furniture heavily inspired by Bauhaus designers like Minvielle, Steiner and Airbourne. Roche Bobois continued to evolve with the times, introducing Scandinavian designs to France in 1961, and then exploring ethnic influences in contemporary designs through the 70's, 80's and '90s. Beginning in 2000, the firm expanded globally while developing close partnerships with contemporary designers and architects.
