This 270-Square-Foot Tiny Home Is Now Up For Grabs at $89K

By Michele Koh Morollo
With a spacious "social pit" and plenty of built-in seating, this modern tiny house is an idyllic fit for entertainers looking to downsize.

Created by Modern Tiny Living, this 270-square-foot tiny home known as Clover is now available for $89,000. Featuring a U-shaped social area with elevated built-in seating, this micro dwelling on wheels is perfect for small get-togethers and dinner parties.

More so, this multi-purpose space has storage under the seats, as well as a platform that can easily be converted into a bed. Spray foam insulation, a wall heater, and an air-conditioning unit are included, and power is supplied from a standard RV-style hookup.

There is plenty of built-in storage and shelves for books along the walls.

The living room is designed as an elevated U-shaped sitting lounge. This space is surrounded by windows that draw in plenty of natural light.

The Clover is 24 feet long and is supported by a double-axle trailer. Featuring a steel roof, its exterior is clad in lapped smart siding.

Concrete countertops and poplar wood finishings give the interiors a warm, cozy feel.

The kitchen includes a four-burner stovetop, convection oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, sink, breakfast bar, and custom cabinetry.

The Clover's interior walls are finished in poplar wood, and its floors are covered in vinyl.

Steps lead up to a sleeping loft that can accommodate two people on a double bed.

Under the steps are built-in storage spaces.

Behind a sliding barn-style door is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A look at the compact and cozy bathroom.
