Wayne Greenway is an architectural designer and project manager with experience in project briefing, feasibility studies, sketch design, detailed design, tender processes and construction management. He is an excellent communicator with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholder groups at various levels, as well as developing strategies for ensuring delivery of relevant projects against targets and deadlines.

I am a designer and architect who had his own practice (ellipsisad.com) for a dozen years in the San Francisco Bay Area and I am now an associate for Pappageorge Haymes and on the design team for projects throughout Chicago and as far out as Nashville and California. I am also a proponent of non-digital media, actively developing several series of hand drawings and sketches.

We source the most beautiful and sustainable fabrics possible to bring those designs to life quickly. Most fashion is designed 12-18 months before it’s released, but at Ref a sketch can becomes a dress in about a month. We’re designing and making what you want to wear right now. We believe the perfect fit is the most important part of our clothes. We spend hours fitting on different bodies and have a meticulous approach to our fits. Our main range is fit on multiple women that are between 5′6 and 5′10. We also launched a petites collection designed for ladies 5′2 and under, an extended sizes collection going up to size 22, as well as a collection specially designed to fit women with a full C-DD cup. These capsules based on body types are just the first steps in our quest to make sure women of many shapes and sizes can wear Ref (and look damn good doing it).

Nico Marques´ training in architecture and years of experience as a residential designer have given him an edge in not only drawing out the subtleties of each design with his photographs, but also giving him a deeper understanding and respect for what it takes to turn an initial sketch on a post-it note or “cocktail napkin” into a three-dimensional physical structure.

Greg Blee and Lee Halligan have a particular interest in craft and materials. They design primarily through sketches and by building physical models. Greg and Lee met while studying at University College London and continued to work together at the office of Niall McLaughlin Architects. Their portfolio includes a variety of projects, from exhibition design to mixed-use undertakings to residential projects built on environmentally-sensitive sites.

Plazma studio team creates, seeks, grows together, and believes in a specific role of the architecture art in cultural media since 1998. Textile designer, Kristina Isola, has followed in the footsteps of her mother Maija Isola. She made her first sketches for fabrics at the age of 16 as an assistant to her mother. Between 1978 and 1987 mother and daughter designed for Marimekko under the joint name of Maija Isola/Kristina Isola. At present, Kristina Isola designs her own fabric prints and is also responsible for the new color-ways of Maija Isola’s designs and the adaptation of their patterns to suit different products.

Atomic Jellyfish Furniture Design is a relatively new design and build company located in Denver, CO. Atomic Jellyfish can provide originals designs and creative solutions for both the residential and commercial customer. Designs can originate from customer sketches, or left to the designer for something completely original. Creative solutions can sometimes take the form of taking an old piece of furniture and reworking it to give it a new purpose. With a versatile background in design, Atomic Jellyfish Design can provide the customer with the focal point for any room or space.

MMH—Meet Me Here—is a Seattle-based design studio that maintains a distinctive process. The company does all of its design development, pattern making, and sewing in its Seattle workshop, allowing MMH to produce small runs that focus on craftsmanship and creating the exact aesthetic the company seeks. MMH selects its textiles from US mills and tanneries and uses local materials. The company is focused on making what it designs, creating a cohesive design process from initial sketches to final production.
