DAS Studio is an award-winning architecture and Passive House Design firm. Our work includes new homes, additions and renovations that focus on sustainability and creating spaces for our clients’ needs and lifestyles. We draw from the existing environment’s potential to transform it into one that is fresh and speaks to their innate aesthetics. Our philosophy is that modern architecture & design should enhance the interaction between the architectural spaces we create and those who occupy them. We believe that the timeless qualities of being sensitive to both balances the immediate requirements of our clients and their long term needs. To complement our architecture, we also design Gardens, Interiors and Furniture. We carry out LEED certifications and use Passive House design techniques where appropriate.

Founded in Taiwan in 2012, ystudio is dedicated to linking the past with modern life, creating what the company refers to as “fine artifacts.” The brand seeks to bring back the art of writing letters, designing and creating stationery and writing utensils. By using raw materials, ystudio is able to not only connect its products with the past, but also with nature, creating well-rounded, cohesive designs.

Z-A is a New York studio for design innovation, which is dedicated to exposing the unexpected in the mundane. Z-A explores adaptive materials, structures and infrastructures that can adjust and respond to changing needs, uses, and identities of a project. Through different mediums, the economy of spatial mutations and temporal existence is explored and cultivated into a specific design tool. Guy Zucker is Principal and Founder of Z-A., and holds a Masters of Science in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University and a BArch. from the Technion Institute of Technology. In addition to running his practice he currently teaches a graduate design studio at the University of Pensylvania and has previously taught at design studios at Columbia and Parsons.

Maryam salami is a licensed architect, interior designer and constructor. She received a Master of Architecture degree from south Tehran branch. She started her career during studying architect as and executive architect designer on 2005 when she was 20 and continued her independent activity on 2014 with establishing olay architecture studio until now. She is passionate about foreign ancient culture in design, detail design,construction ,humanitarian and Sustainable architecture and working on projects across different scales including residential, commercial,education, mixed-use,landscape,public spaces and official. she has also won awards in national and international design competitions like kaira looro ,archstorming and buildner .In 2023 she won architecture master prize in interior design section for pomme garden. She has also experience to work with linea and space offices in Istanbul for Hilton hotel interior design in Tehran on 2018.As an architect she passionate about sustainable design and specialize in creating innovative, environmentally conscious buildings that harmonize with their surroundings. With expertise in sustainable materials, energy-efficient solutions, and eco-friendly design, she strive to push the boundaries of architecture while maintaining a strong commitment to reducing environmental impact. She is always open to new opportunities and collaborations that align with her values of sustainability, innovation, and creativity.

In 2014, Victor Rojas, director of architecture and Alonso Hernández, director of Engineering, both partners and co-founders of VA Studio previously known as AGV Design Group, walked together in the professional career for several years and decided to establish their own consulting firm. Since then, VA Studio has become a practice with the aim of exploring the relationship with the natural environment through the tropical architecture. Dedicated to the architectural and structural design, the studio was founded on the belief that designs must connect with their landscape and arrive at a truly sustainable design. The architects and engineers of VA Studio build up an interdisciplinary team, where experience and teamwork are combined, always discovering new design solutions to develop each project. We focus on the development of infrastructure mainly in the area of Playa Guiones, Nosara, Guanacaste, where we have developed several residences, hotels and commercial projects among others.
