This Chic Tiny Home Is Now Listing at a Discounted $70K
This stylish tiny home on wheels served as Perch and Nest's 2018 showcase home after making its public debut at the 2018 TinyHouseNC Street Festival in Pink Hill, North Carolina. Now the company is selling the "floor model" at a discounted $70,000 to make room for its new 2019 tiny homes. With its dark metal exterior and sleek bright interiors, the unit has "all the conveniences of an RV, but [it's] built like a house" according to the listing.
The minimalist open kitchen/dining/living room features a mostly neutral palette. A green tile backsplash provides a pop of color.
The 26-foot-long modern home features zero-VOC paints and formaldehyde-free insulation throughout. The interiors are bright and airy thanks to skylights and an open ceiling design. The relatively spacious living area has a breakfast bar for two and a tiny kitchen—including a drawer refrigerator/freezer/ice maker, a work station sink, and an induction cooktop.
