When Portland-based Dyer Studio first saw the Burlingame kitchen their clients wanted them to transform, they realized quickly they could do a lot with what was already in place. The bones of the kitchen and dining area were solid, and the kitchen was already well-positioned in the home. Instead, the designers strove to completely transform the kitchen while keeping within the original footprint of the space.
