"Following Mickey Muenning around the curvy dirt roads of Big Sur was one of the happiest experiences, ever," says California-raised, New York-based writer Keshni Kashyap, whose love of whimsical designers began when her father hired an eccentric architect and student of Louis Kahn's to design the house in which she grew up in.
