Heath Ceramics continues as one of California’s last remaining mid-century era potteries, compared to several hundred which once operated in the state. It continues to produce and sell handcrafted dinnerware and tiles at its original Sausalito factory location. In 2003, industrial designer Catherine Bailey and her husband mechanical engineer Robin Petravic bought Heath Ceramics when Edith and Brian Heath could no longer run the company. The new owners continue to revitalize Heath’s original designs with new ideas and by engaging talented artists and designers, while maintaining Heath’s design tradition.

Circa Ceramics is a collaborative studio team composed of Nancy Pizarro and Andy Witt. This duo creates candy-colored ceramic dishware, magnets, tiles, tabs, and cylinders adorned with their signature decals. The Xhosa word "lmiso" means "Tomorrow". But the owners took this further, and, with the inspiration of "Work today, change tomorrow," our slogan "Dawn of a new era" was born. Isimo Ceramics is owned by four young motivated individuals: Andile Dyalvane, Abongile Madabane, Zizipho Poswa and Miamli Charles Mayosi.

Designer Romi Hefetz specializes in the art and science of clay and porcelain slip casting, makes and finishes each unique piece by hand at her studio in Long Island City, New York.
