The architecture of MTA, founded by Minh Tran and Joshua Levine 2020, is notable for its constant evolution and innovation. MTA conceptualizes all aspects of the architectural process, and environmental principles have always been fundamental to the work of the practice, which is guided by a commitment to responsive place making and to the creation of an invigorating and sustainable architecture. In the design MTA proposes 5 new ratios for evaluating the success of projects - Green Plot Ratio, Community Plot Ratio, Ecosystem Contribution Score, Civic Generosity Index, and Self Sufficiency Index - to ensure projects achieve social and environmental sustainability. MTA’s built projects – throughout Southeast Asia, China, and the USA, Switzerland – range from apartment towers to luxury resorts, condominiums, hotels, educational institutions, factories, and public buildings. MTA has won an unprecedented amount of architectural awards for a Southeast Asian, Award National Architecture 2008-2010-2012, DWELL Magazine NEWYORK 2015, Golden Award VMARK 2019, Tripper advises Travel best Boutique Hotel Siem Reap.
MTA is established with the cooperation of REALARCHITECTURE company members in Vietnam, Cambodia, Kyoto, Hong Kong. After the 2012 economic crisis, REAL reduced its operations in Vietnam and Cambodia, focusing mainly in Hong Kong and Kyoto Japan maintained. Minh Tran founded MTA after 9 years of working with REALARCHITECURE as a key partner and chief designer of large-scale projects in Vietnam and Hong Kong, he opened a new direction for his own design in new york 2013-2016 with colleagues in the US. In Vietnam in the most recent years 2020, with rapid growth in Vietnam and increasing international design demand. The large investment projects are more organized and professional, feeling this is a good opportunity for our design unit in Vietnam, we decided to establish MTA with the main team of members. REAL international has had a lot of experience in Vietnam for the past 20 years, we have confidence in our values and wish to contribute innovative international values to meet the growing needs. of Vietnam society for today and tomorrow.
