    Andreas Engesvik has a Bachelors degree in Art History from the University of Bergen Norway and went on to study Design at the National College of Art and Design. He graduated with a Masters degree in Design and founded Norway Says in the same year. After 6 successful years, as a company, Andreas Engesvik went solo and founded his new studio Andreas Engesvik, Oslo. His studio is working in various fields of design ranging from furniture and tableware to industrial design for various international clients such as: Iittala, Muuto, Ligne Roset, and Asplund.
  • Stina Sandwall

    Born in Sweden in 1975, Stina Sandwall was educated at Beckmans School of Design in Stockholm from where she graduated in 1999. After leaving college she founded Sandwall Design, a company that focuses on architectural projects and product design. As well as creating a range of staircases and doors for SnickarPer and SnickarLaget, her products have been taken up by Asplund, Form3 and Fox Design. Sandwall is responsible for many of the practical and funky ideas in the SMD Design portfolio.
  • Matz Borgström

    Matz Borgström has designed products for a number of major Swedish design producers, Orrefors, Asplund and Boda Nova among others. He is one of the founders of the designer program at Beckman’s School of Design in Stockholm, Sweden, where he was responsible for the program’s contents. Furthermore, he has been a lecturer in glass design at University College of Arts, Crafts and Design’s Department of Ceramics and Glass. In addition, he has run several House and Techno clubs, worked as a DJ and also been a composer of electronic music. He has been presented with several international awards and scholarships in evidence of his abilities.
