PAIR is a Mexico City based firm, with an interdisciplinary practice which includes urbanism, graphic, product, interior, and architectural design of different typologies. Founded by Paola Alencaster and Israel Ruiz, the office currently works on the development of diverse commercial and residential projects.
The ideological revolution of our time, a social and ecological awareness, which incorporates new technologies in mass production and communication, requires an architecture that is up to the challenge. As a response, PAIR strives to develop projects that not only satisfy client needs, but also consider the surroundings and contextual necessities, aiming to produce buildings and spaces that contribute and coexist harmoniously.
Confident that architecture must confront the problems of its time and plan for a better tomorrow, PAIR aims to positively change its surroundings, producing architecture that is livable, functional, sustainable, and is characterized by a challenging geometry with a timeless aesthetic.
