And we also put the most energy efficient heating and cooling system (heat pumps) to be as environmentally friendly as possible. We renovated the house with a lot of love and filled it with old original and very modern parts. Behind the house with a panoramic view of the Catskills Range is our Saltwater swimming pool with a patio and sun-chairs to relax and a full functioning BBQ gas grill. Our comfortably spacious kitchen filled with modern conveniences including 6-burner Viking range and dishwasher. There are 6 acres of land surrounding the property wich includes 2 barns and at the far end is the Esopus Creek immersed by a nature preserve. The living room has a working fire place as well and a " Vico Magistretti for Cassina” leather sofa to relax and a video projector with a pull down screen to make your own movie nights. The dining room sits 14 people for some great dinner parties and festivities on a beautiful “Pace” dining table made out of Maple.
