Our process elicits discovery and fun, a synthesis shared among studio, client and construction team. Red Dot Studio believes that the built environment can support, enhance, uplift, enlighten and foster good for people and the community. Our projects are narratives allowing the life that occurs within to continue to shape the space.

The Museum of Modern Art has played a significant role in creating this awareness, through the establishment of its celebrated design collection in 1934 and its ongoing series of design exhibitions. Our stores, gift catalog, and online store share this view, and we are pleased to offer a selection of products that span nearly a century. Some of the earliest products are enjoying huge renewed interest—proof of the enduring quality of good design—and some of the latest, perhaps with the help of the Internet, are finding appreciative audiences around the world within months of their introduction. While technology has provided new materials and methods of production, the concept remains the same—thoughtfully designed products improve our everyday lives.

Today, with locations from coast to coast, our stores average 25,000 square feet and showcase more than 10,000 innovative products to help customers save space and, ultimately, save them time. Our projects include residential, commercial and interior design through all phases of the design process. The Red Studio is based in Hong Kong with collaborators in the United States.
