CplusC offers a specialised design, construction and service – we are architects who build our own projects. From the initial client brief, through to design, project management and construction, the practice is committed to well-crafted, sustainable and innovative design outcomes. We consider design and construction mutually inclusive.
Founded in 2005, the studio has a simple ethos – deliver exceptional outcomes by taking full control and responsibility for both the architectural design and the construction of each project we are involved. The practice employs a highly regarded team of architects who are trained in-house under the guidance of Architect/Builder and Director, Clinton Cole, to work as construction managers and contract administrators during construction in addition to bringing our construction team into the architectural design process to ensure buildability and cost affectivity are achieved. CplusC has the unique ability to manage the project’s budget and program throughout the design process giving clients assurance and security to a service that traditionally takes little responsibility for budget outcomes.
