An architect by profession, Nicolas Roche is the creative director of Roche Bobois, the French furniture brand and his family’s namesake company. After practicing architecture for twenty years, Nicolas was finally stepped into the shoes of his father and uncle, the brand's founders, who had retired. However, he had not been totally removed from the enormous success of the family empire. His architectural firm designed the spaces for several Roche Bobois stores, allowing him insight into the furniture business from a less common but no less creative perspective. Nicolas lives in his home in Paris.
