Nolla was created by three chefs who met at Helsinki's Michelin-starred Olo—Carlos Henriques, Luka Balac, and Albert Franch Sunyer.

Shad Run Starting from a pencil sketch this design evolved into a school of shad swimming upstream as they do each May in the northeast. The background is a natural un-dyed grey wool and the coral pink and white patterns are woven in pure chinese silk. This rug is 100 knots per inch. Custom sizes and colors available.
