A design collector and dealer based in San Diego, Steve Aldana of Esoteric Survey spotlights modernist objects and architecture from postwar California. His feed is a visual delight for midcentury devotees, with gems such as Richard Neutra’s Kaufmann Desert House in Palm Springs, original Eames wire chairs, and even a vintage BMW or two.
