For instance, five Polish illustrators were commissioned to create three different pieces of artwork inspired by the Kazimierz neighborhood.

From a futurist graffiti mural on the reception wall by local street artist Nawer to the modernist city-scape collages by Mateusz Szczypiński, the hotel has sought to provide guests with a unique, artistic experience, mixed with a curated sense of design at every turn.

Furniture has been sourced from various places throughout Europe, with pieces by Denmark’s Carl Hansen & Son, Fritz Hansen, By Lassen, Mater and Gubi; Italy’s Moroso and Baxter; Sweden’s Fogia; and Spain’s Kettal. The hotel also boasts two independent eateries, which feature local breads and pastries as well as high-quality, locally-sourced dishes with a sophisticated twist.
