Designers Paul Fortune and Gachot Studios reimagined the 2,500-square-foot home in 2017.

Recently listed for sale in Manhattan is the delightfully harmonious home of Nate Ruess, lead singer of the band Fun, and his partner, British fashion designer Charlotte Ronson. The couple first purchased the full-floor apartment in 2014, later deciding to treat the outdated space to a complete renovation in 2017 after moving to New York full time.

A look inside the home of Grammy-award-winning musician Nate Ruess and his partner, fashion designer Charlotte Ronson. The full-floor apartment at 710 Broadway was meticulously redesigned by Paul Fortune and Gachot Studios in 2017.

The duo turned to designer Paul Fortune for the makeover, ready for a decidedly "grown-up, uptown apartment" according to a feature in Architectural Digest shortly after the completion. The singer and designer had a long-standing friendship beginning after Ruess purchased Fortune's Los Angeles home, where the couple lived before moving to New York. "We wanted a similar vibe to Laurel Canyon, but also something right for New York," Ronson told the magazine. Up to the challenge, Fortune partnered with New York–based design firm Gachot Studios to reimagine the 2,500-square-foot space into a chic and comfortable urban oasis.

A handsome entry foyer opens into the main living room, which basks in light from three tall, west-facing windows. Spanning some 35 feet in length, the bright and airy space is made to feel even larger by the 12-foot ceilings.

The two-bedroom residence now offers a contemporary design and free-flowing layout, with the couple's own artwork adding a personal touch to the newly reimagined spaces. Accessed from a private elevator, the main foyer leads into the light-filled living room. Steps away is a spacious chef's kitchen that has mint green cabinetry, marble countertops, and high-end appliances. A formal dining area is positioned on the opposite side of the room.

Mint green cabinetry mixes with Imperial Danby marble countertops and backsplashes. High-end appliances include a Wolk range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and Bosch dishwasher. Adjacent to the space, a large utility room functions as both a pantry and laundry room.

Situated in a private wing of the home are the two bedrooms. The master suite, which is over 21 feet wide, features a gas fireplace, separate seating area, and walk-in closet. A marble-clad bathroom favors a spa-like aesthetic, complete with warm wood and gold finishes. Scroll ahead to see  more of the home, currently listed for $3,850,000.

Located in the back of the building, the master bedroom serves as a quiet, serene oasis. Custom built-ins surround and anchor the central gas fireplace, while quarter sawn oak hardwoods lines the floor.

The luxurious, marble-clad master bathroom features an oversized Zuma soaking tub along one wall and a double vanity along the other. A large shower sits at the end.

Also spacious for city standards, the second bedroom offers a walk-in closet and additional ensuite bathroom.

710 Broadway, Floor 2, in New York, NY, is currently listed for for $3,850,000 by Joshua Wesoky of The Wesoky Team at Compass.
