Sandi Schwartz is an award-winning author of the book Finding Ecohappiness: Fun Nature Activities to Help Your Kids Feel Happier and Calmer and a freelance journalist specializing in environmental and wellness topics. Her work has been featured in The Washington Post, National Geographic, Library Journal, Yahoo!, MSN, Good Housekeeping, BobVila.com, Family Handyman, Verywell, mindbodygreen, over 70 regional parenting and women’s magazines, and more. Sandi has also spoken about environmental and mental health topics at more than 50 engagements, including the National Alliance on Mental Illness National Convention, Children & Nature Network Inside-Out International Conference, American Camp Association conference, and on numerous podcasts.

Her prior experience includes freelance writing and research projects with environmental, energy, transportation, and health organizations and publications.
