**Trent Hancock** is a dedicated professional at Camelot Homes, a boutique, family-owned luxury homebuilding company in Scottsdale, Arizona. With a passion for exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service, Trent works closely with clients throughout every phase of the building process—ensuring that each custom home reflects its owner’s lifestyle, aspirations, and unique vision.
Raised with an appreciation for creativity and meticulous attention to detail, Trent brings together a keen eye for design, a talent for problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence. Known for fostering authentic relationships and upholding a legacy of integrity passed down through the family business, Trent takes pride in turning dream homes into reality. When not collaborating with clients or overseeing projects, he enjoys exploring local design trends, volunteering in the Scottsdale community, and spending quality time with family.
Before fully embracing the homebuilding industry, Trent built a 10-year career in music, touring between San Diego and New York City and recording four albums. In 2015, he joined Camelot Homes, initially serving on the sales team before advancing to oversee sales and marketing—a role in which he spearheaded Camelot’s rebrand by introducing a modernized logo and website. Always eager to expand his skills, Trent earned his broker’s license and taught himself AutoCAD, ultimately designing his own home, which later won awards for “Best Historic Preservation” and “Best Renovation.”
His first full-scale community project, *Paradigm*—undertaken in collaboration with Circle Road—consisted of 12 homes and received both “Home of the Year” and “Community of the Year” accolades at the MAME Awards and Pacific Coast Builder Conference Gold Nugget Awards. Another notable project, *Stay Skyview*, claimed 16 design awards at the Iconic Life Design Awards. Beyond his work at Camelot Homes, Trent spent five years volunteering with the Scottsdale 20/30 club, raising over \$300,000 for local children’s charities and overseeing its 2022 rebranding to Saguaros Children’s Charities. Through music, design, and philanthropy, Trent’s unwavering commitment to creativity and excellence is evident in every endeavor.
