    Gabriel Warren is a healthcare consultant in Tallahassee, Florida. Before moving into consulting, he practiced law for more than 14 years at Rutledge Ecenia P.A., becoming a shareholder. His work involved clients in healthcare, medical marijuana, alcohol, and gaming, with a focus on civil, regulatory, and administrative law. Born on April 6, 1984, in Tallahassee, Gabriel attended local schools and participated in the International Baccalaureate program in high school. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Political Science from Duke University in 2006, working in the athletic department while completing his studies. He went on to Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar. He participated in Mock Trial, Moot Court, and the International Law Practice Lab, while also contributing to the Legal Aid Society. He completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence in May 2010. Gabriel’s early legal experience included work at The Constitution Project in Washington, D.C., an internship with Judge Eugene E. Siler, Jr., and a summer position at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina. In 2009, he joined Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein as a Summer Associate, assisting with legal research and drafting. At Rutledge Ecenia P.A., Gabriel represented healthcare providers and other regulated businesses, advising them on compliance, licensing, reimbursement, and enforcement matters. His work extended to clients in the gaming and alcohol industries. He supports organizations such as America’s Second Harvest, the Nature Conservancy, and the Legal Aid Foundation of Tallahassee. Gabriel is also active with local schools, Duke University, and environmental groups. Outside work, he enjoys golf, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Sarah, and daughter, Tinsley. Gabriel Warren values both his career and service to his community.
