Originally from Aurangabad, India, he moved to Hong Kong at age seven and subsequently to the United States at age nineteen. From a young age, Aaditya was immersed in multiple cultures, initially in Hong Kong and later in the U.S., which honed his adaptability and global perspective. He nurtured a passion for football in Hong Kong, playing as a goalkeeper, which enhanced his leadership and teamwork skills. These experiences laid a strong foundation for his academic and professional pursuits.
Aaditya pursued higher education at The University of Manchester in the United Kingdom, where he studied Economics and Finance. He graduated with Upper Second-Class Honors in July 2022. His curriculum included financial statement analysis, econometrics, mergers and acquisitions, advanced corporate finance, and fintech, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of economic systems and markets. He completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance at University College London to further his expertise, focusing on Asset Pricing, Behavioral Finance, and Fintech.
Professionally, Aaditya has made significant strides in mergers and acquisitions. In 2024, he worked as a Summer Analyst at Kennedy M&A. At this global advisory firm, he engaged in financial modeling and advisory tasks, including drafting a sell-side information memorandum for a client seeking $10 million in Series A funding. Earlier, in 2022, he interned at Stephens in London, where he created pitch books and analyzed financial data for various firms.
Beyond his finance career, Aaditya maintains a strong interest in football. He served as vice-captain of the Manchester Medics Football Club, leading his team to numerous victories. He is also an avid stock market investor, focusing on financial services and technology stocks.
Aaditya enjoys a rich personal life in Palo Alto, California. He lives with his Labradoodle and is keenly interested in cooking predominantly Asian cuisine. He loves traveling, with Japan and Vietnam being his favorite destinations. Moreover, Aaditya is committed to giving back to the community; he volunteers at the San Mateo Samaritan House, assisting with client services and administrative tasks, showcasing his dedication to social welfare and professional endeavors.
