Founded in 2003, Nakhshab Development & Design (NDD) is an innovative design + build firm located in San Diego, California founded by Soheil and Nima Nakhshab. NDD is committed to creating projects that offer the greatest value for our clients as well as the community at large. Nyta is a German lighting company that was founded by three lighting designers who shared a passion for lighting, including developing and designing lights, lamps, and fixtures that are aesthetically pleasing, statement making, and highly functional. Nyta has won several design awards since its founding in 2012, including the German Design Award in 2015, Design Plus Award in 2014, and Muuuz International Award in 2014.
