Verner Panton (1926-1998, Denmark) is among Denmark's most celebrated postwar industrial designers. In the mid 1950s, Panton established his own office and began designing whole interior spaces, from textiles to lighting, utilizing his signature futuristic and graphic aesthetic, which was widely influential during the op art movement.
