Anna Peuckert and Søren Jepsen, 12hrs.net, Copenhagen, Denmark, and Cologne, Germany: "We are constantly on the road, and we take our office with us. Writing travel guides takes a lot of preparation; we have to have an idea of where to go before we arrive, even if we have never visited a place before. We always have our laptops, camera, phone, and our trusty Moleskine notebook on hand to scribble down ideas for new travel tips and take a few pictures. In this photo, we are at a coffee roaster in Cologne, Germany. Van Dyck has the best beans in town, hands down. And we love to work there. The cafe is calming, with its sleek, almost cold, award-winning interior. In the back, they are roasting the beans, so the whole room is filled with the smell of great coffee."
