Liberation Tiny Home’s 24' x 8.5' entry-level home is called Rumspringa, and it starts at $45,000. The home is available with either a modern or traditional design aesthetic. The recently completed Coastal Craftsman from the Oregon-based Handcrafted is now for sale and priced at $72,500. Built on a 28' x 8.5' triple axel Iron Eagle PAD trailer, the minimalist interiors include a lofted sleeping area and a sofa that transforms into bed for an additional sleeping area.

“I loved the challenge of planning a fully functional home on a 32 ft x 8.5 ft trailer. I knew I wanted to include all of the basic living spaces that you would find in a conventional home: kitchen, living room, bathroom, two enclosed bedrooms, a laundry area, and storage spaces,” explains Kell.
