Towards the end of 1958, Maserati developed this front-engined, 2-liter prototype Tipo 60 at a time when many race car designers were starting to lean towards rear-engined designs. In 1959, it was tested for the first time on the road between Modena and Verona, and went on to partake in multiple races. It retired at the end of 1963.

Handmade bricks from Petersen bricks are a prominent component in the house, stretching from the façade and walkway into the ground floor’s living space. The RACV tiny home is sided with charred shiplap and features a pitched roof and bright yellow hydraulic panels that fold up and out, providing wing walls, sun shades, and decking.

Random Studio, an interactive digital design studio based in Amsterdam, and Petrovsky & Ramone created Our Kisses, a wish-bone shaped contraption that invites viewers to kiss one end while a camera hidden at the other end records them. The project aimed to bring strangers together onscreen with a simple human gesture that extends beyond race, age, and gender. The installation was originally created for the Oxymoron exhibition of Petrovsky & Ramone during Beijing Design Week 2013.

The architect brought the solid walls of certain rooms down to 7’ 8”, filling the remaining 4’ 2” with glass. This defining feature allows sunlight penetrate deep into the core of the space. The clients say the bright reds, oranges, and yellows of sunsets race across the ceiling and white walls.
