THE GOAL
Increase the size of a Tudor-style home, while incorporating contemporary design into the traditional architecture.

THE PROCESS
While collaborating with the architect and design team, our firm recommended design changes to lower the materials costs. We also restored and reused many elements to maintain the integrity of the Tudor style and further reduce the budget.

THE FINAL RESULT
The newly transformed home integrates old-world warmth and meticulous modern architecture. Outdoors, the family enjoys a beautiful living area with swimming pool, cabana, and strategically placed privacy fencing.
