After months considering renovation designs to a tired and dated two story home, our clients opted for new construction and created a long wish list. A simple modern design was conceived and then tailored to the numerous planning restrictions resulting from this wedge shaped lot. A clean material palette and abundant natural light define the interior spaces.
The design and detailing were studied extensively using the Revit modeling program and the cloud based model was then used on the jobsite to coordinate construction activities, study details, and avoid conflicts before systems were installed.
