Primitive.Buro is a young design collective founded by CG artist Nikita Gorshkov and graphic designer Alexandra Ivanets. We specialize in creation of unique interior objects, combining digital and manual production techniques.
VOSK by Primitive.Buro is a candle holder designed for 22 candles. Our aim was to create an object whose image would be a continuation of melted wax. The result was a composition of two contrasting materials, wax and metal, forming an integral shape. The candle holder is a fusion of modern design and gothic visual aesthetic.
The structure is made of 4 mm aluminum using laser cutting technology. All elements have a cruciform connection, which makes the object collapsible. Dimensions of the object without candles are 50x50cm.
