Via Colinas was the very last house in the Hidden Valley community at the top of the mountain in scenic Westlake Village. It was undisputedly the best location I could have dreamt of in the Conejo Valley region of SoCal.

This townhouse was a 3 bed / 2.5 bath end unit, literally, at the top of the hill. It was fully renovated with bamboo floors, upgraded kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances, quartz counters and cabinetry; upgraded bathrooms, and upgraded lighting.
