3,500 s.f. single story modern custom home designed for a dog loving young couple. Located on a hillside, this new home is special in that it was built on a lot that previously housed a home that was burned down in the 2017 Thomas Fire in the Southern California area. The new contemporary home features a low pitched standing seam black roof, clean lines, and a Mid Century Modern flair.
