The total area is about 80 m2. Own small plot of land with access from the back of the house for a terrace, barbecue, mini garden. Two floors. The ceiling height of the 1st floor is 3060 mm, on the second floor there are attic ceilings (of different heights) from 2700 mm to 5000 mm. After repair, the height of the ceilings on the 1st floor is 2700 mm, on the 2nd floor from 2400 to 4700 mm.

The source of inspiration for the creation of this eclectic interior was the Customer herself - a person who is not ordinary, diverse, who loves travel and life in all its manifestations. I really wanted to create an interior that is comfortable not only from the side of human needs in sleep, food and rest, but also reflects the character of a very bright person. Impressed by the client, I created an interior for her, where hedonism is expressed in a variety of colors and textures with a slight hint of continental interiors.

We combined the kitchen, dining room and living room, highlighting the entrance hall, laundry room and toilet on the ground floor. The gas boiler was placed not in a separate room, but in a closet, which visually is a continuation of the kitchen set. The headset itself is linear. It is flanked to the right and left by two columns. One for the refrigerator, the other for the microwave oven. Under the hob are drawers for spoons and forks. The surface has been moved to make room for the work area. Under it is a dishwasher.

On the 1st floor there is a small bathroom under the stairs. It accommodates a toilet on the installation, a washstand, a hygienic shower powered by a mixer. On the 2nd floor in the grand bath, the client abandoned the bath, replacing it with a large shower. In addition to the toilet at the installation, there is a moidodyr with storage boxes, a mirror cabinet above the moidodyr, a mirror storage case, shower hygiene.

The client refused wardrobes in the direction of increasing the rooms. Storage is organized in the hallway in the form of a closet for outdoor seasonal clothes, and a large walk-in closet in the hostess bedroom. A small wardrobe is in the guest room of the house.

The redevelopment was on the 1st floor. We swapped the kitchen and dining room, opened the space under the stairs. They made a three-circuit boiler as part of a kitchen set without allocating a separate room. Placed laundry and toilet under the stairs. Walls were erected on the second floor to accommodate two rooms and a bathroom. Nothing else fit there.

In the hallway there is a closet for outerwear and seasonal shoes and bags. The main wardrobe is located in the master bedroom. A small closet in the guest room. Also, a laundry room with storage of household chemicals was designed under the stairs. The carpentry workshop ordered a kitchen and all cabinet furniture.

Lighting in the apartment was designed in two types: general lighting and accent lighting. Overhead spots are located in the kitchen area - general lighting. The accent above the dining table is a chandelier. There are two sconces on the wall with TV and fresco. In the living area there is a chandelier in the center, it gives a lot of light to the room, plus two accent sconces on the wall with a fresco to create a pleasant twilight.

On the stairs, two accent pendants are hung asymmetrically, and two additional sconces are hung as companions. A chandelier suggested itself in the bathroom, primarily because of the height of the room. She allowed. The office has only a technical light on the ceiling and an accent table lamp with a monkey. In the bedroom there is a technical light and an accent light for reading in the headboard area on the bedside tables: a table lamp-ball and two arrow-shaped pendants to emphasize the client's passion for esotericism and astrology. On the boudoir table, there is an additional table lamp for make-up.

The color palette is selected from bright colors that are pleasing to the eye. Golden brown shades of wood are combined with ash pink, grassy green, tiffany green, orange, burgundy. Gold hardware on the furniture gently complements the color scheme. I wanted to convey the taste, smell and color of travel and fairy tales in the interior.

The client had favorite paintings that she did not want to part with and which we carefully and collectively placed around the house. One of her favorite paintings is placed on the stairs. The “sorrow of loss” by the Peruvian artist was bought on a trip. The artist dedicated it to an elderly couple whose car was stolen. The picture coincided with the mood and personal experiences of Elena. She called it "Loss of Sorrow" and turned it 180 degrees.

Mirror panels were the last acquisitions of the client and the designer. I wanted more reflections in the house. The guests are greeted by a panel and a portrait of a cat, which also lives in the house and has taken a fancy to the master bedroom.
For this project, I wanted the most unusual details in the style of the house. I gave the client a cache-pot "Elena" with Tradescantia. Friends supported the anthropomorphic theme and presented a vase with a face. Samovars from Ukrain, an umbrella from Vietnam, painted teapots, vintage dishes with mimosa - all from the personal collection of the hostess, they live with the hostess.

“Loss of sadness” can be attributed to the whole style of the house. It's impossible to be sad here. As expected, we got a bright juicy eclectic interior - Scandinavian minimalism with an atmosphere of colonial style. From the Scandinavian style here is patchwork, laconic smooth furniture facades, wooden textures from golden oak and tinted dark brown oak. From the colonial style - warm colors along with massive furniture, stair railing, wooden ceiling on the 2nd floor, a huge number of tourist souvenirs of value to the hostess, tropical motifs in selected frescoes, gold fittings. Here everything is bizarre and everything is combined with each other.
