Set back from the street among mature redwood and oak trees is a unique architectural hybrid of a Queen Anne Victorian and Shingle style home. Despite being new construction, it looks to have stood on the grounds for decades thanks to a mélange of siding sizes and shapes, double-hung windows with restoration float glass and rope pullies, and intricate wood trim. Inside, custom millwork contributes to the air of authenticity as it transitions from formal to informal between the public and private spaces. Although timeless in look, it lives for today with its spacious, open floor plan and contemporary features including a finished basement and attached garage.
