The Warehouse

This is a 1000 sqft warehouse converted into a home. Adding a second floor adds 2000 sqft of living space. Creating a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 living rooms , a gym, karaoke stage and open party area for entertainment. Josef Anthony Designs created a unique industrial look by leaving the electric and plumbing exposed and using raw materials to add to this build out. This took 3 months to do.
