The Tannery House, a historical Greek Revival farmhouse is considered to be a rare find in the Catskill area!
It is the epitome of the charm of the old days and the comfort of modern times.
Back in the 1850s when the tanneries of the area were going full steam, a co-owner of the Bushnell Tannery in Claryville built this lovely house which over the years, has evolved into a cozy and comfy home with enormous charm.
The current owner is the current custodian of the house preserving its history and maintaining its style.

Two acres of manicured lawn and flower beds with perennials make it a jewel in the woods!

It is located in Claryville, a scenic hamlet where the stunning Neversink River begins its long journey; ideal for trout fishing among other fish species. A swimming hole is a summer respite for locals to take a dip.
