Nestled within the charming Wild Horse Meadows neighborhood of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Six-Shooter Lodge offers an exquisite blend of contemporary elegance and mountain-inspired living. Its prime location, a mere stroll away from the Steamboat Springs ski resort's Gondola, makes it an idyllic destination for year-round outdoor enjoyment and relaxation.

This remarkable residence stands as a seamless fusion of modern style and rugged mountain allure. It's a space that truly encapsulates the essence of outdoor living, with a design carefully curated to harmonize with the surrounding environment. The materials chosen for this endeavor—exposed structural steel, reclaimed barn wood, blackened steel panels, and board-formed concrete tiles—create an aesthetic that marries durability with functionality, ensuring the home is both enduring and visually striking.

With a dual purpose of serving as a retreat for its owners and a rental property for year-round enjoyment, Six-Shooter Lodge is equipped to meet diverse needs. The partially covered outdoor deck emerges as a pivotal element, providing an ideal setting for al fresco dining and leisure, accompanied by a hot tub that offers stunning views of the Yampa Valley. Anchoring the heart of the home is a double-sided fireplace, a unifying feature appreciated both within the living room and the outdoor living space. A remarkable 10-foot bi-folding door seamlessly connects the indoors and the deck, an invitation to savor late afternoons and evening festivities.

Internally, the residence boasts radiant flooring throughout, ensuring comfort no matter the season. The property encompasses six inviting bedrooms and an expansive open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The lower floor efficiently houses practical spaces like the garage, media room, and mechanical rooms.

The top floor, bathed in natural light, accommodates the remaining bedrooms and the master suite. This haven features its very own outdoor patio, allowing for unobstructed views of the rolling hills and serene valley beyond.

A striking entry screen fashioned from structural steel greets visitors, destined to develop a unique patina over time. Beyond its aesthetic appeal, this screen serves as a shelter for the front door and entry stair, doubling as a shade provider during the sunnier months of the year. 2Stone's concrete tiles, artfully arranged, emulate the charming texture of board-formed concrete, contributing to the home's character.

In the kitchen, Caesarstone's "rugged concrete" countertops not only exude an industrial charm but also replicate the tactile feel of concrete, harmoniously mirroring the design's core. The full-height backsplash further integrates this texture into the spatial backdrop, forging a cohesive visual narrative. Lastly, stained maple finds its place in the custom bookshelf and wall panels, adding a touch of warmth and timeless appeal to the home's ambiance
