The Residences at The Sawyer is at the forefront of Sacramento’s modern urban renaissance, introducing a contemporary residential offering within the city’s new epicenter, Downtown Commons. Showcasing cutting-edge architectural vision by Rios Clementi Hale Studios, a collection of 45 residences and penthouses is situated atop The Sawyer, the new Kimpton Hotel neighboring the world’s first LEED Platinum sports arena, Golden 1 Center.

In the spirit of Sacramento’s flourishing culture of innovation, The Residences at The Sawyer was designed to enhance the city skyline and honor its natural surroundings. From the start of the residences on the 14th Floor, olive and Japanese maple trees bloom paying homage to the "City of Trees." Nature is incorporated into every aspect of the design, from the interior accents of the lobby that resemble the leaves of a tree to the indoor/outdoor design of the residences.

Homes feature bright, airy interiors that take full advantage of views encompassing Downtown Commons, Golden 1 Center, California State Capitol and the Sacramento River. Residences range from intelligently designed, 789-square-foot, one-bedroom homes to soaring three-bedroom penthouses as large as 3,323-square feet. Many feature a seamless transition to spacious, private balconies overlooking the energy and excitement of the city below. With interior design by Puccini Group, each home showcases a serene, minimalist aesthetic warmed and enhanced by carefully curated design detail.

The Residences at The Sawyer is the first offering of its kind in Downtown Sacramento, where residents enjoy a host of private residential amenities as well as those of The Sawyer, A Kimpton Hotel. Among offerings are a residential concierge, outdoor pool and lounge, private residents’ lounge and fitness studio. Residents also enjoy exclusive arena services at the neighboring Golden 1 Center, as well as the new dining, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment offerings at Downtown Commons.
