The design ethos adheres to a modern aesthetic characterized by clean and minimalist lines, complemented by subtle elements of warmth, exemplified by the application of parquet flooring and the inclusion of an iron fireplace. Notably, a significant portion of the ground floor walls consists of expansive glass panels, creating a space that appears much larger than it actually and seamlessly blends the interior with the beautifully landscaped outdoor garden.

The residence is strategically organized into two primary zones: one designated for everyday, utilitarian purposes, comprising the kitchen and family area, and the other tailored for hosting and socializing. In the living room, two sofas are thoughtfully positioned facing each other, forming an intimate conversational focal point. This arrangement is enhanced by the presence of a wood-burning fireplace, strategically situated against a backdrop of expansive glass panels overlooking the pool, thereby creating a welcoming and cozy atmosphere.

The dining area is distinctly set apart from the main living space through the incorporation of a meticulously designed furniture piece. This fixture harmoniously blends elements of wood, color, and iron, while simultaneously providing ample storage, elegantly crafted shelving units, and a dedicated beverage bar to cater to the homeowner's requirements.

The house features Six suites ,each featuring an en-suite bathroom. While these suites exhibit distinct characteristics, they maintain a consistent design language that exudes continuity and harmony.

each suite is designed with an open closet space, cleverly positioned behind the bed. An elongated niche beneath the window adds a unique touch to the space, making efficient use of the wall's depth for external blinds.

The bathroom showcases a dramatic fusion of warm wood and sleek black elements against a backdrop of gray ceramic tiles, creating a captivating interplay of colors and materials.
