The Palm House is uniquely positioned to offer a sublime beach retreat that captures the very essence of barefoot luxury. Designed by Charleston's premier contemporary architect, Kevan Hoertdoerfer, the retreats' soaring walls of glass fill the entire home with natural light. The architect is known for his ''Home as Art'' philosophy and The Palm House offers ample space to display an owner's personal collection.

The high ceiling indoor-outdoor layout was thoughtfully created for entertaining friends and family for intimate beach getaways. The expansive living, kitchen and dining space leads out to the deck overlooking the three-sided infinity pool. The high-end kitchen and adjacent bar welcome home chefs and guests alike. Two master suites share pool and garden views and each has a spa-like bathroom.

A bonus rooftop lounge area offers 360-degree views of Folly Beach along with a treetop vista of the island's famed waterway and bridge. The Palm House has ample private parking and is walled and gated for added peace and tranquility.
