  • This is phase 1 (of 2) renovation of a 70s contemporary style house. Added features to enhance a more modern style by replacing windows and including more glass along with changing the siding from wood board and batten to Boral shiplap siding. Modernized the railing on the deck with cable rail and horizontal wood slats. I removed the sunroom above the garage and replaced it with a new (roof) deck to enjoy from the Living Room. The roof brackets were added to create a more dramatic look and accent the towering window configuration.
