Home is currently under construction with anticipated completion date of June 2018. It is walking distance to Downtown Los Gatos. Design and Construction team includes:

Great Room has 13.50' ceilings with four 4' W x 10' H Fleetwood sliding doors out to large covered patio. Office has 11' ceiling with large corner glass window. DuChateau Altier Lava Gray floors throughout. Front entry has a 5' W x 8.50' H Walnut pivot door with a frosted glass awning.
