Eclectic Chicago style luxury loft available in the heart of the bustling Wynwood arts district. The building houses creatives and captains of industry people who call this building home. The banister, to the mezzanine addition was inspired by a 100-yr old bridge located in Columbia with custom tempered glass inlaid in the frame. With a built in hidden closet adjacent to the open layout bathroom, getting ready to go out on the town feels like an experience vs a chore. The bath and a half layout allows guest to freshen up without entering your sacred sleeping space and the kitchen offers views of the bay as you prepare your daily meals before being inspired to create your next great pieces for your upcoming gallery show. If you are a captain of industry you can escape the chaos of the financial district that is a mere stones throw from this Loft. With the championship Heat arena 4-blocks away, M.O.M.A and the science museum located in the park kissing the bay. This loft puts you in the heart of Miami and offers an escape from the bustle of the streets and a place to rest your creative head as you close the black out shades for the night to sleep within a cocoon of serenity.
