The designer home

The designer's own home is a one story wooden house with high celling carried by wooden beam. It feature large sliding windows inviting natural light into the house and blurring the boundaries between the inside and outside. A terrace a long the house marge into the large garden with a beautiful wine arbor.
The mezzanine above the dining space allows an open family room in the future, With the children embracing their independence in separate rooms, this space gracefully metamorphoses into a family room, while the current family room finds new life as a cozy bedroom.
The house is spacious and minimalist with natural materials and soft color pallet.
The woodwork pieces were design by the owner and handcraft by her spouse, an avid woodworker with great attention for detail.
The furniture were carefully selected, old and new, vintage and modern which make a unique layered look that characterized the designer vision for a warm, homey feeling
