Beautiful, bright and airy with large windows. It has radiant heating polished concrete flooring, a chefs kitchen with Viking and Wolf appliances. The kitchen island is beautiful Brazilian Pecan butcher block wood. There is a 14 foot sliding glass wall that opens up to the huge deck to enjoy the mountain air, views, bbq, gas fire pit and hottub. This place is designed for entertaining. Close to Wolf Creek ski resort, mountain biking, fly fishing, hunting, hiking and the famous Pagosa hot springs.
The house is incredibly comfortable, bright and airy. The views are incredible that change daily. Wildlife are abundant. Only a 15 minute drive to downtown Pagosa Springs. The Loft is considered a third bedroom and can also be a game room for kids and the sofa upstairs is a pullout queen foam bed.
The heating is provided by radiant floor heating. So hot liquid runs in the concrete that heats the entire house. It takes a while for the heat to arrive at the set temperature, so give it time if you feel you need to change the heat. Once it arrives there, it is very comfortable with warm floors.
