The existing staircase was re-finished and new handrails were added to bring it up to current codes and style. The new white oak fluted wood paneling gives a nod to the 1970's while making the space feel fresh and current. This central column is the main feature in the space that gives cohesion to the open floor plan that circulates around it.

An existing theater room with stadium seating was demolished to create the swanky lounge space, separated by the rest of the first floor by new steel doors.
