Terrazas del Lago

Terrazas del Lago broke conventional way of building residences with its curved design and huge terraces (2,000sqm) with unparalleled views. It is one of the first projects in Spain with class A Energy Rating. With its 10 floors and 83 units, it has the largest Krion surface in Europe (4,600sqm) also the only completed one in Spain. The design was initiated by the regulations and two magnetic poles, the location and the huge park in the South. The curve transfers to the terraces with a slight inclination and a heterogeneous form is created with the curve resonating in each detail of the project.
