The straight stacked original brickwork and enormous west facing floor to ceiling windows give the home that architecturally stunning exterior any enthusiast would die for. The exterior of this property just screams throwback. Once inside, the magic really happens..

Through the freshly preserved and refinished front doors you enter a Mid-Century modern sanctuary of delight. Chrome accent bars make for an elegant separator and pathway to the basement and kitchen. Oh the kitchen… High-end cabinetry, appliances, countertops and backsplash provide one hell of a look. I mean wow. It is really cool! A double-sided fireplace in view of the kitchen and the first of many sitting rooms was done ever so tastefully. One side features a modern wood wrap, while the other side features a custom metal surround like nothing else.

Off from the kitchen lies the dining and sitting area that encapsulates the southwest view from high in the Aves. A perfect place for cocktails and appetizers before sitting down to eat under one of the coolest light fixtures I have seen in a minute. Once you have completed your meal, work your way into the large family room with all kinds of cool geometric shapes and angles. Nestle up next to the fireplace or make your way out to the wrap-around deck for some outdoor fun!

The master bedroom in this house is nothing short of epic. A space was created for an office right off of your living space allowing you to make those early morning conference calls and then jump back into bed! Ready for a shower? Use the remote control to get the enormous steam shower cranking without even stepping foot into the bathroom. A separate soaking tub, large walk-in closet and sliding barn doors all make this room my favorite in the entire house.
