Located in the exclusive Landmark Ranch Estates at 17000 Stratford Court in Southwest Ranches, FL, the Tropical Modern style home was designed by award-winning architecture and design firm, Choeff Levy Fischman.
According to Paul Fischman, principal, Choeff Levy Fischman, there’s no other home with this style of architecture in the neighborhood. It’s a Tropical Modern sanctuary with warm aesthetics throughout and indoor-outdoor concepts that take advantage of the beautiful sunset and nature views.
Choeff Levy Fischman designed the two-story, 10,313 square-foot home on a sprawling 2.69-acre lot, overlooking a natural preserve with seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and two powder rooms. Stone steps and palm trees lead to the front of the home featuring an exterior façade of white stucco, gray limestone and Brazilian Ipe wood touches. On the first floor, there’s the kitchen with oak cabinets and quartz countertops, a dining room, a living room, a game room with bar and pool table, a theater and Savant smart home automation.
A white oak floating staircase leads to the second floor. The upstairs master suite includes a bathroom with a glass-enclosed marble shower and tub, his and hers closet and a large balcony overlooking the pool and nature preserve. There’s also a pajama room upstairs that serves as a lounge area for the family and for the children to do their homework and watch TV.
The outside deck surrounded by marble is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the sunsets. It has an infinity pool with floating steps, a cabana with a summer kitchen and a sunken fire pit. There’s also a free-standing gym with work-out equipment, a steam shower and a massage room and an outdoor basketball court.
This is Choeff Levy Fischman’s first residence in Southwest Ranches, however recent admiration dictates it won’t be their last.
